Carolina ServiceWorks grew out of years of hands-on work running Davies Contracting & Inspection, where we managed everything from full home renovations to complex mechanical systems. That experience gave us a close-up look at what homeowners along the Crystal Coast actually needed — and what they were too often not getting.

The pattern was hard to miss. Homeowners in Morehead City, Beaufort, Emerald Isle, and the surrounding communities were dealing with delayed callbacks, no-shows, and contractors who left jobs half-finished. When a furnace quit in January or a pipe burst on a holiday weekend, too many people were left waiting. We built Carolina ServiceWorks to be the answer to that problem.
